The bedclothes are changed once a week and the towels every other day. During the day

•  of the departure a fee of 50.00 is to be paid for the final cleaning.
•  less than 3 nights is an impact of 15%.
•  Children less than 12 years pay nothing.#
•  Damages to property are settled.
•  Arrival 15:00 o'clock
•  Departure 11:00 o'clock

Cancellation fees:

•  14 days before arrival 30%
•  and 3 days before arrival 50%

With reservations a deposit of 50% is to be paid.
